The Difference You’ll Make
- Create and optimize social content, campaigns and storytelling across social media channels
- Identify trends, insights and opportunities for viral marketing through short-form videos (TikToks, Reels, Shorts)
- Support lead generation, client outreach and relationship-building initiatives
- Assist in tracking sales conversion pipelines, CRM entries and campaign results
- Support guest communication and contribute to designing and delivering exceptional guest experiences and operational improvements
- Collaborate on cross-functional projects that impact marketing, sales and service design
- Bring a testing mindset to all things. Conduct A/B tests, test ideas, analyze results and scale what works.
- Stay on the frontier of AI + SEO (ChatGPT, SGE, vector search) and help position the organization for what’s coming next.
A Typical Day
- Collaborate with the team on ongoing projects and campaigns
- Join sprints to support topic research, brainstorming, planning and strategy
- Create, edit, and schedule social content for multiple platforms
- Optimize existing blog posts and landing pages for current keyword trends and search intent
- Identify, pursue, and follow up with leads to drive conversions and revenue growth
- Support outreach and engagement efforts with potential clients or partners to close opportunities
- Track project progress, engagement, and outcomes
- Analyze conversion metrics and report on organic growth, rankings, traffic ROI lead-to-sale performance
- Analyze competitors and pitch new evergreen content to close visibility and keyword gaps
- Master communication with clients, guests or stakeholders to deliver exceptional hospitality
- Receive mentorship, feedback, and guidance to accelerate learning
- Contribute to process documentation and internal SOPs and playbooks to improve team processes and knowledge-sharing.
- Dedicate time to professional learning via YouTube, podcasts, online courses, or assigned research.
- Stay current on algorithm updates, AI advancements and evolving best practices.
Your Expertise
- Social Media & Content Marketing: Passion for digital storytelling, social media and creative communication
- Hands-on experience creating content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook or LinkedIn
- Skill with creative tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut or similar
- Ability to analyze trends, engagement, and platform insights to guide improvements
- Portfolio highlighting social content, visuals, video edits or campaign work.
- Sales & Business Development: Drive to pursue targets, generate leads and build strong client relationships
- Experience supporting outreach, follow-ups, prospecting or pipeline tracking
- Strong communication and presentation skills across written and verbal channels
- Ability to work toward measurable outcomes with persistence and accountability
- Portfolio or evidence of results-driven initiatives (e.g., fundraising, recruiting, sales projects, etc.)
- Hospitality & Guest Services: Dedication to delivering excellent guest experiences and service outcomes
- Experience in hospitality, tourism, customer service or event coordination
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work effectively in dynamic environments
- Strong interpersonal skills and a warm, service-oriented approach
- Examples of customer-facing work, hospitality projects, or operational contributions
