We’re hiring a Product & STR Portfolio Performance Strategist to own the experience design, revenue performance and systems of our growing hospitality portfolio. This is a high-impact role for a self-starter who experiments in sprints, thinks in systems and treats guest experience as a product to be continuously optimized. You will drive occupancy, revenue, and guest satisfaction by combining analytics, service design, automation and operational excellence, building scalable systems that power long-term, high-growth performance.

The Difference You’ll Make
- Own portfolio-level revenue performance, including occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and profitability.
- Design and optimize pricing strategies, minimum stay rules and booking logic using structured experimentation through PriceLabs.
- Treat the guest’s end-to-end journey as a product, continuously improving touchpoints from discovery to post-stay engagement.
- Build scalable SOPs and operational systems that enable multi-property growth without sacrificing quality.
- Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks to monitor KPIs and identify optimization opportunities.
- Lead data-driven decisions using booking behavior, guest feedback, and performance analytics.
- Implement automation and AI-powered workflows to increase efficiency and consistency.
- Balance guest satisfaction with financial performance to drive sustainable growth.
- Stay on the frontier of AI + SEO (ChatGPT, SGE, vector search) and help position the portfolio for what’s coming next.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment between operations, revenue and experience design.
- Continuously test, iterate, and refine strategies to improve both guest outcomes and business results.
A Typical Day
- Review dashboards (RevPAR, ADR, occupancy trends) and identify revenue optimization opportunities.
- Analyze booking patterns and adjust pricing or availability rules accordingly.
- Audit guest communication flows and refine automation sequences.
- Run structured experiments to test pricing, minimum stays, or promotional strategies.
- Update and document SOPs to improve operational consistency.
- Synthesize guest feedback into actionable service design improvements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement system upgrades.
- Plan future capacity and forecast demand trends.
- Research tools (pricing engines, analytics platforms, automation software) to improve performance.
- Prioritize initiatives based on measurable impact and scalability.
Your Expertise
- 2–5 years in hospitality operations, STR portfolio management (e.g., Airbnb), revenue optimization, product strategy or related performance-driven roles.
- Solid foundation in hospitality operations, STR portfolios, or multi-unit environments with measurable performance accountability.
- Proven experience building and maintaining revenue-driven operational systems.
- Comfortable analyzing performance metrics such as RevPAR, ADR, occupancy, CAC and LTV.
- Experienced in structured experimentation, A/B testing, sprint-based iteration and optimization frameworks.
- Strong ability to build dashboards or interpret data using analytics tools (Excel, Google Sheets, BI platforms).
- Experienced in designing scalable SOPs and process documentation that enable repeatable excellence.
- Demonstrated empathy and emotional intelligence in guest communication and service design, with the ability to anticipate guest needs, interpret feedback deeply, and design experiences that feel enriching, not transactional.
- Comfortable leveraging automation tools and AI platforms to increase productivity and operational clarity.
- Proven ability to operate effectively in remote and distributed teams.
- Native-level English fluency with exceptional communication skills and brand voice adaptation.
- Highly curious, self-driven with a bias toward action.
- Demonstrated ownership mentality with the ability to prioritize high-impact initiatives.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to extract insights from complex or messy datasets.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with evolving priorities.
