Your mission: curate and elevate talent, create belonging and surface the next generation of builders.

The Community You’ll Join

This role is embedded alongside a nimble, remote-first team obsessed with opportunity and impact. You’ll be part of a movement towards high-growth where self-starters thrive, working alongside high performing talents who value autonomy, creative experimentation and meaningful growth. You’ll enjoy a lot of independence and ability to direct your work. You’ll own your projects end-to-end and your ideas will directly impact business growth. The mantra is to communicate openly, move quickly and deliver results.

The Difference You’ll Make

  • Design and deliver digital programming: online trainings, speaker series, workshops, career talks, and peer mentorship opportunities.
  • Recruit and empower talent ambassadors or micro-leaders to drive on-ground and online activation.
  • Support internship programming, facilitating onboarding, engagement and growth pathways for early-career talents.
  • Curate sustained engagement through social channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Telegram, WhatsApp, Listservs, Workspace Chat, etc.) and owned community spaces.
  • Track and report metrics: community growth, engagement, retention, and “top talent surfaced.”
  • Work cross-functionally to inform product, marketing, and partnership strategies through community insights.

A Typical Day

  • Attend a daily remote standup and sprint planning to stay aligned with priorities and align on upcoming cohort activations.
  • Check-in on community platforms: moderate, answer questions, inspire conversations, and identify rising stars.
  • Draft and schedule social posts (Reels, TikToks, Lives); coordinate creative support.
  • Curate talent trainings, development resources or plan online events. Reach out to speakers, finalize logistics, set agendas.
  • Analyze recent engagement data, adjust program cadence and optimize for impact.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to surface talent stories or plan brand-community integration briefs.
  • Hold recruitment interviews to identify and match talents for internship opportunities
  • Conduct training programs on modern professional practices like agile, scrum, design and other Industry 4.0-aligned work techniques
  • Review internship progress, hold 1:1s with interns and regular syncs with partner teams to track progress
  • Create presentations or ad-hoc analyses in Excel or Looker to share program results or proposed changes with team or stakeholders
  • Contribute to documentation and playbooks to improve team velocity and learning
  • Dedicate time to professional learning via YouTube, podcasts, online courses, or assigned research.
  • Stay current on best practices and continuously upskill on program management

Your Expertise

  • Demonstrable experience in community management, early talent programs, campus engagement, or equivalent roles
  • Experience building or facilitating ambassador/micro-leader programs or active talent communities
  • Savvy in digital platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Telegram, WhatsApp) and confident in community-owned platforms (Discord, Slack, Workspace Spaces, etc.)
  • Autonomous, creative, and operationally sharp. You can DIY content and coordinate programs from concept to execution
  • Comfortable analyzing engagement metrics and storytelling through data
  • Passionate about equity, youth opportunity and global talent amplification
